do you have a sewer clog? Are your drains backed up with water? Are you not able to use your shower or your toilets? You might have a mainline sewer clog. On this call, our customer had both of their restrooms clogged therefore being unable to use either restroom when we arrived, we confirmed the sewer line to be backed up. We performed a sewer drain cleaning service and we removed a washcloth/rag that had been flushed down one of the toilets and got lodged in the sewer pipe creating the back up. We were able to remove the rag from the drain and restore flow for both restrooms to be used like normal again.
